Of 14.8%, 37,5 cl, PDO, sweet, heady, a pleasure well-balanced, with aromas of quince, fig, dried fruits. Served between 7 and 10°, it goes perfectly with foie gras and dessert. Grape varieties poulsard, chardonnay and savagnin. Guard 20 years or more.
Of 13.6%, 62cl, PDO, warm, elegant, delicate, bold, and fresh, with aromas of nuts and green spice bread, a hint mineral. Served between 14 and 16°, it accompanied wonderfully a trout with cream, chicken with morel mushrooms, spicy cuisines or as an aperitif with a county extensively refined. 100% savagnin. Kept for 50 years and more.
