Romanèche-Thorins – 70cl, 45%, exceptional, fine, elegant, ample, powerful, fruity, with vegetal notes, sandalwood, rum grape ice, very nice length on freshness, stemming from the distillation of the pinot noir grapes. To enjoy in liqueur, served at room temperature or after your coffee, in the still hot cup.
Brazil – 70cl, 41.5 per cent, powerful and original, with notes of white peach and the juice of sugar cane, fresh, spicy (coriander, cardamom). Enjoy in cocktails.
Japan - 14,5 %, subtle, elegant, fresh, fruity (peach, pear, green apple, zest of citrus fruits), dairy and mineral notes.
Lorraine – 35,3%, premium liqueur of mirabelle and vanilla, sweet and sensual, sometimes sweet round and vanilla, sometimes virile, dry and very “mirabelle” depending on the tasting temperature (between 16-22° or hit in the freezer). Enjoy in appetizer, cocktails base, digestive or cooking.
